Our Current Menu
The Barton Hill Hotel is pleased to dinner Friday through Sunday during the winters. The Barton Culinary Brigade present culinary offerings from European classics to local favorites, each prepared fresh using only the finest ingredients and local produce. Dinner seatings are available from 6pm to 8pm. Reservations are requested, but not required.

Seasonal Broths with Warm Bread

Mixed Greens with Bacon and Blue Cheese, and Balsamic-Honey Dressing

Dry Aged Beef, A culinary experience normally reserved for the finest steakhouses, Barton Hill is proud offer one of the only in-house dry-aged beef programs in the Niagara Region. To learn more, click here. Subject to availability. Prices range from $30-$64.

Rib Eye , Pan-Seared to perfection and served with gratin potatoes and fresh asparagus. Finished with a red wine demi. $26

Lobster Thermidor, A Barton Hill Favorite! Served with fresh asparagus and a perfectly prepared Petit Filet. $29 (In Season Only)

Organic Pheasant Breast, Served with freshly prepared Gorgonzola risotto and a red wine reduction. $26

Roasted Red Pepper Ravioli, Hand-made ravioli, served with a selection of fresh vegeatbles and herb oils. $15
