Barton Hill has teamed up with local farmers to bring the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, and organic products to your table. Many of the local farmers have even planted crops this season specifically for our guests at Barton Hill. And our Chefs consult with the local farmers throughout the year to ensure that all of the ingredients we use are the freshest possible. Because there is nothing quite like enjoying food that has been bred for flavor by your neighbors, instead of engineered to survive a cross-country trip. From their farm... to your table!
