Niagara Falls State Park

More than 12,000 years ago, one of the world’s natural wonders started at our doorstep. The massive attraction has eroded south over the centuries. Today, the Falls at Niagara are conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Barton Hill Hotel & Spa. The beautiful, picturesque drive along the Niagara Parkway is not to be missed. Once at the park, guests can capture live action shots of the Falls from the mesmerizing vantage points of Prospect Point, The Cave of the Winds, Goat Island, and Three Sisters Islands.

Named "The Most Historic Square Mile in America” by President Jimmy Carter, Lewiston is where a range of ‘firsts’ for America were experienced. For example, it is here that the United States encountered its first invasion of a foreign country and where the cocktail was innovated. The Level Regatta, Youngstown Yacht Club’s annual event is a yachtsman dream getaway. Inspired by the IOR Ton Class, the yachting extravaganza has evolved into one the leading keelboat regattas in North America. The event has become so popular that it is alleged to have made the Rolling Stone's Top 10 Best Parties list.
