The Barton Hill Hotel is proud to announce the addition of Chef Richard Lepree to our corner of the world. Having studied and worked all over the world, his culinary flair and expertise is the perfect match for the Hotel. Simple yet elegant, he works closely with local farmers and growers to develop dishes that highlight the regional flavors. We will publish some sample menus below, but please know that the menu changes daily according to specials that the Chef discovers or what is in season at the time.

Lunch is available from noon until 2:00pm at a Prix Fixe of $19.95 per person.

Goat cheese wontons topped with a chive sorbet served in a light skiff of beef broth.

Layers of chicken and scallops with braised vegetables, creamed chervil and a zest of lime.
Tournedo Rossini
Beef tenderloin wrapped with bacon and topped with mushroom and duck liver pâté. Served with rösti potatoes, a red wine demi glaze and market vegetables.

The classic carmelized custard made with decadant fresh passion fruit.

Dinner is available Sunday thru Thursday nights. It is a Prix Fixe menu of $34.95 per person. Hors D’oeuvres are available at 6:00pm, dinner is served at 7:00pm. Reservations are required.

After much anticipation, the Barton Hill Lookout presents its new wine list to the public. Hand selected by our Sommelier, the Barton Hill Lookout's wine list showcases excellent offerings from the local Niagara Escarpment wine region, as well as a full variety from around the globe to satisfy the most discerning palate. For the non-wine drinkers in the crowd, be sure to sample our selection of single malt scotches.
Whether from the comfort of the welcoming and elegant Lookout Bar or from the majesty and serenity of the Terrace overlooking the Niagara River Gorge, the Barton Hill Hotel is Lewsiton's premier venue for an evening out.
